When you're trying to sell your house, a bit of ingenuity (or a roller coaster) can certainly help your place stand out in the pack.

Prepping to put her Davenport, Florida, home on the market, Yolie Ball asked her daughter Sandra to take photos to go with the listing, ABC News reports. The 86-year-old grandma was about to step out of a shot, but as a joke, Sandra asked her to pose instead — poking her head out from behind a door, leaning on the kitchen counter, and relaxing in the sunroom. The "photobombing" effect combined with Balls's undeniable charm created a hilarious montage.

Ball's granddaugther Makenize immediately saw the comedic genius in her grandma's snaps, and posted them to Twitter, thinking it might give her friends a good laugh.

Instead, the photos quickly caused a buzz all over the Internet, and Makenzie was retweeted over 25,000 times — and counting. The attention is certainly unprecedented, but Ball is taking it in stride.

"She's just a very happy lady and it makes her ecstatic to make this many people smile," Makenzie told Buzzfeed.

Here's a closer look at the silly photos. We hope your house sells soon, Yolie!
