When single father Philippe Morgese launched the Daddy Daughter Hair Factory — a series of free classes that aims to help dads learn to style their daughter's hair — in October 2015, our hearts instantly melted. How could we not love a dad that's willing to pick up a hairbrush to help out his little girl?

But for Morgese, learning to style his daughter Emma's hair was a difficult, but necessary, challenge once he became a single father. He dedicated himself to learning how to pull off different types of braids and ponytails by watching YouTube videos after Emma's first birthday (she's now 9 years old). Although he claims to have failed 90% of the time, he eventually mastered those braids and ponytails, testing out more intricate styles as Emma grew older (and her hair grew longer!).

"I remember dropping Emma off at preschool with a braid in her hair, and everybody would be like 'Oh my goodness, you did that? That's amazing' " he told SELF. "It just inspired me more."

And now, Morgese is taking his mission a step further: He recently launched YouTube tutorials so dads everywhere can learn the ins and outs of styling their daughters' hair. Check out some of the videos below and prepare to be seriously impressed. May we suggest forwarding them along to your husband?

1. Hair Care Basics.

2. Basic Rope Braid Tutorial.

3. Three Easy Ponytail Styles.

Perhaps our favorite part of these videos is the adorably hilarious banter between this dad and his daughter. We're just going to leave you with some words of wisdom from this dad of the year: "It's not just about beauty, it's about bonding," says Morgese in the first video. "Of course, beauty is also kind of important to me," Emma chimes in, while giggling. What a sweet duo!
